Welcome to TheFifthSparrowMinistry.com! The Fifth Sparrow is dedicated to providing a Christian response to recently incarcerated women, providing them with the life-counseling, therapy, and spiritual guidance to begin a new LIFE in the Father’s CARE.

In 2008, 207,700 women were incarcerated in prisons across the United States.  In some studies as many as 37% will return to prison after being released.  This cycle is the result of various factors, and can be seen as a form of “generational bondage.” But this cycle can be broken.

Based in northeast Ohio, The Fifth Sparrow aims to serve and glorify God through a Christ-Centered Covenant Care transitional home.  This program aims to prepare, equip, and empower women by gaining the knowledge, skills, and confidence to transition from a captive lifestyle into free society as healthy, productive, and law-abiding citizens.
